Speaking Up for a Culture of Belonging
Thursday, October 13, 2022
7:00pm - 9:00pm PST
Virtual

Creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity at work begins with education followed by courage. Join DEI experts, Juanita Hines and Karen Fleshman, as they lead an interactive workshop covering what makes relating across difference difficult and how to put our best selves forward in a variety of situations.

Learnings include:
  *   America's shifting demographics
  *   Recognizing advantages
  *   How to receive feedback we have caused harm with grace
  *   How to intervene when you observe harm occurring

This will be a mix of presentation, role play, and small group exercises to help you build skills. We look forward to your engagement!
